Advanced Dermal Filler
Enhance, Lift, Define and Conceal
Dermal filler treatments are performed using a combination of needle and cannula techniques, selected carefully to enhance precision, comfort and safety. The chosen technique depends on the treatment area, anatomy and desired outcome, allowing for refined results while minimising trauma and downtime.
Most modern dermal fillers are made using hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring substance within the body that attracts moisture and helps maintain skin hydration, volume and elasticity. When injected, hyaluronic acid fillers can restore lost volume, improve facial contours and enhance definition while remaining soft and natural in appearance.
At BB Skin Clinic, only high-quality, CE-marked dermal fillers are used. These products contain highly purified hyaluronic acid, designed to integrate smoothly into the skin and reduce post-treatment swelling.
The fillers selected also offer excellent viscoelastic properties, meaning they provide structure and support while maintaining flexibility and natural movement. This allows the filler to retain its shape over time, delivering long-lasting, balanced results without appearing rigid or overfilled.
All treatments are carried out following a thorough consultation and facial assessment to ensure suitability, safety and results that complement the individual’s natural features.
Our approach to dermal filler focuses on restoring structure and support, not simply adding volume. By addressing volume loss within the mid and lower face, we can subtly enhance contours, improve balance and soften age-related changes while maintaining natural movement and expression.
Using advanced techniques and carefully selected fillers, treatments are designed to rebuild facial architecture, creating refined, lifted results that look elegant, harmonious and never overfilled.

THE PROCESS
Facial Assessment and Mapping:
The face is first examined to determine the ideal rejuvenation technique. For example the ‘Ogee Curve’ may be utilised in Cheek augmentation to determine the prominence of the malar or cheekbone prominence and the transition between the mid-cheek – Dermal fillers can provide gentle lift and contouring in order to fill the ogee curve and provide a more youthful appearance. Likewise the ‘Ricketts Line’ can be used in Profile Harmonisation to restore balance to the facial features by using dermal filler in the non-surgical rhinoplasty, lip enhancement, and jaw/chin augmentation. Your skin tone will also be assessed to determine treatment suitability.
Cleansing and Anesthetising:
The procedure site will be cleansed using an antibacterial agent before a topical anaesthetic (numbing cream) is applied to the skin.
